- Spirit Beckons was registered in August 2024 as a sole trader in Australia, ABN 20 498 369 981.
- What personal data we collect and why we collect it
- When you submit the form on our ‘Book an Appointment’ page (contact page) (https://spiritbeckons.com.au/book-a-session), we collect your name, email address and (if provided) your contact phone number via Hostinger email servers, then to our business Gmail inbox, which is an IMAP service.
- Your contact information is collected so that we can reach out to you via the method of your choosing.
- Any sensitive personal data, such as data concerning health, is never recorded.
- The information that you submit via our contact page, is not shared with any third party, nor sold.
- The information that you submit via our contact page will not be used for marketing purposes unless you expressly request marketing information from us, after which point you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

- Our website uses the google analytics site kit plugin to assist us with learning where our website traffic originates from which, in turn, assists us to tailor our site for greater visibility within SERPs (search engine search results) such as, but not limited to, Google.

- The dataset you provide via our contact us page is kept for a period of up to 6 months.
- Anonymous site visitor analytics records are kept for 12 months

- You have the right to request that your personal information be deleted, or for us to send you a copy of the dataset we may hold. You may do so by emailing us with your request at consult@spiritbeckons.com.au.
- Where your data is sent
- European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. So in addition to listing where data goes, you should describe how you ensure that these standards are met either by yourself or by your third party providers, whether that is through an agreement such as Privacy Shield, model clauses in your contracts, or binding corporate rules.

- Once you share with us your contact information via our 'Book your session' contact page, any and all information is received at our IMAP (Internet message access protocol) email service which is accessed via;
- Our business device/s are protected by 3rd party monitoring software that protect the device/s from phishing, malware and computer viruses. This 3rd party software is automatically updated.
- Data breachs that directly involve the Spirit Beckons contact email, are reported via our 3rd party software service.
- In the event of a data breach involving data you have provided via the Spirit Beckons website, we will contact you using information you have provided to us, informing you of the breach and the circumstances surrounding this, including any and all actions we have taken to correct the breach.
